These terms cover your use of the Sooperhuman website and desktop app. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Using Sooperhuman

Sooperhuman is an independently developed email client. You may connect accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your account security, messages, recipients and actions taken through the app. Do not use it for spam, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with other people’s systems.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in your email and other content. You authorize the app to access and process that content only as needed to provide the features you use. Our privacy policy describes how information is handled. Review outgoing messages and AI-generated content before relying on or sending them.

Third-party services

Your email provider and any integrations you choose are separate services with their own terms, fees, policies and availability. Sooperhuman is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, Apple or Superhuman. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and software

Features may change, and the app may contain errors or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every message or compatibility with every provider. Keep backups of information important to you. Any applicable open-source licenses remain in force and take precedence for the components they cover.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Ending use and updates

You may stop using the app at any time, disconnect your accounts and revoke provider permissions. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. For questions, contact support@sooperhuman.app.
